National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — unnecessary toll tax deducted

Myself vikas meena. My car no. Is mp20 cd4431. And my mobile no is [protected].. I want to complain regarding unnecessary deducted toll charges at toll plaza near hanging bridge kota bypass toll plaza. As my toll tax deducted twice on 14 aug, as unnecessary toll tax is deducted. So refund my deducted amount in my fastag account. I m copying below following messages received on my mobile.

Paid rs. 65.0 fastag toll fare for vehicle reg. No mp20cd4431 at kota bypass toll plaza from paytm balance on sep 14, 2020 19:09:32. Toll txn id: 691600090771948940621p. Updated balance: paytm wallet - rs 467.66
