National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — waiting more than 5 minutes

When we ask for free toll just after 5 to 7 minutes
We were in queue from last 10 min
Only one whecle was before us
Toll emplyee said we they dont follow any rules
And they will sieze my car.
A person little fat a chandan on head started using loose words.
