National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong amount charged at panipat toll plaza

On 11.10.2020 I crossed Panipat toll plaza at 8:48pm and double the amount of toll fee Rs 70 were charged from me by toll operator stating that my FASTag is blacklisted for low balance.My account had sufficient balance and it was working fine at all other plaza.
