On dated[protected] my icici bank fastag id no. 10705651. Trip no.[protected]. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about three months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. On 15 Feb2020, i have travelled from Duhai to Dasna by using Eastern Pheripheral highway from my car, Car No UP12AQ4849, Toll price should be 15, but have charged 35 from my fastag, Please share details and refund my extra deduction.
