This is to bring to your notice that I used Duhai Toll Plaza from 19.01.2022 to 29.01.2022 Instead of deduction of RS. 15 it is deducting rs. 160 daily . In fact two days 30.01.2022 and 23.01.2022 my above car did not go on this toll plaza still amount was deducted from my fast tag.
I am a daily commuter and Toll Charges at this stretch is Rs.15 only while deduction has been done for Rs.160 from my FastTag account, excess amount of Rs.145 and also deducted when I didn't use the toll.
Please investigate, reconcile and refund the excess toll charged at Duhai.

This is regarding getting refund for excess amount deduction from Any toll Plaza in India.
There are two steps.
1. Raise complaint with your respective FASTag bank/Provider. Most likely they take around 25 days to give a resolution on complaint.
2. If complaint is not resolved then login to https://pgportal.gov.in/Signin, create account, select -->Lodge Lodge public Grievance --> (Select checkbox) Submit--> More...Ministries/Department/State Governments -->Road Transport and Highways--> User Free/ Toll Related--> Fasttag/Toll collection related-- and then provide all the details and submit your complaint with all the proof(Fasttag statement and complaint number for excess toll deduction). You will get resolution within in 15 days.
Note:
1. you will get call from Toll representative, they will validate all the details like vehicle number, FAstag company name & journey details (Date), so keep these details handy. once you get call, after verification amount will be credited to your account.
2. you can get amount refunds for 2 year.

Fastag linked with registration number UP16BU0562. I commuted on 8th June 2022 from dasna toll to duhai toll, the amount deducted was 180 rs instead of 15 rs. I.e excess amount of 165 rs was deducted.
Please check and refund the excess amount.

I crossed the toll plaza and they deducted the money 155rs on 5 jan 2021 which is inappropriate and unlawful .
I am a daily commuter and Toll Charges at this stretch is Rs.15 only while deduction has been done for Rs.155 from my FastTag account, excess amount of Rs.140.
