National Highways Authority Of India — Toll collection long time and improper behavior

This is regarding highway road conditions and toll booth hurdles. We have sent email RO-NHAI repeatedly as below.

Aspected solution for following.
1. We traveled on NH from Ahmadabad(Gujarat) to Mandsaur(MP). At Vavadi Toll Plaza on 23 JAN, 9:35 AM (FASTag, Order ID :[protected], Transaction ID [protected]) paid ₹115. We have stopped near 12 to 15 min for paying through FAStag. Please arrange for a refund as the long wait period is not accepted. Also add additional Rs1000 for process/guidance charge and inconvenience faced. Also behavior was not correct at toll. Partial video attached due to size constraint. Best quality full video 641Mb recorded is available, if you have a link to share a large file folder we can share it.
2. Also road conditions are very bad from Ahmedabad to Vavadi toll plaza.

Suggestion:
1. Road conditions are too bad at the nearby majority of Toll booths.(This is not the correct solution to slow down the speed of vehicles for correction).
2. No yellow lines are seen at any toll plaza.
3. Please mention clearly the email address for contacting/complaining NHAI. This is not available on https://nhai.gov.in web page. Common man can not approach for complaint.

Please do the needful at the earliest and acknowledge us, respond to us or we have to post complaints in other forums and to higher authority/ministry.
