Respected sir/ madam,

We are suffering with a mentally ill patient staying opposite to our house. He is very violent and beats his parents everyday with belts, sticks, rods, stones, etc that are at his disposal. And throws big stones, heavy utencil, etc on the people who is at his vicinity. Unfortunately, we are opposite to his house and always being targeted with huge stones and sticks. We have small children who arenot that matured to understand his moves and may get affected by his deeds. Complaints to the police did not work. Kindly help us to resolve this problem to take up further and get rid of it.
