National Institute Of Open Schooling — appeared in exam but shows absent in result

With respect i want to inform you that i have appeared in all exams held in may june. But on my result it showed me absent in paper 503. I have answered all questions also. Nios could not conduct exams flawlessly. Nios should give extra time by extending the date of submission of fee.
Kindly make a correction in the result.
