[Resolved]  National Institute Of Open Schooling — balance deducted from account but status showing payment not made.

I had made payment of nios deled 2nd year examination fees of rupees on 1000 for subject 506, 507, 508, 509 on date 13/10/18.
Money debited from my account but showing payment not made. Notice given do not make another payment if the status is not changed from payment not made to payment completed within 48 hours but the status is not updated till now. Last date is 25/10/18.
So, kindly please update the status within the last date.
My enrolment no. Is [protected]
And payment made through debit card.

Thanks to consumer complaints.in after I have complaint they refund my rupees 1000 and thanks to NIOS .
National Institute of Open Schooling customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
