With due respect i want to say that money had been deducted for nios d. El. Ed registration on 7 nov 17 twice

1. To ecom 342656 amount 4553.10 from punjab national bank debit card. When i paid the amount the server showed transaction failure and so i made a second attempt but 3 hours later i received a message of deducting money from my account.
The second attempt which i made was from sbi debit card which became successful immediately

2. Transaction id : othpg 51102 amount 4553.10
So consequently for the payment the money was taken twice. So i

Request you to kindly see into the matter and resolve the matter and please refund the money
