With due respect, i would like to inform you that i received my identity card, theory examination hall ticket but there is an issue in it. My name is md azad but by mistake you have printed mdazad on it. I request you edit my name on identity card and next 4th semester examination hall ticket. I have enclose a copy of my aadhaar card. It shows the correct spelling. Kindly make the necessary changes and issue a issue a corrected identity card to me as soon as possible. I shall remain thankful to you for your assistance.
