National Institute Of Open Schooling — not getting optional subject option while filling 3rd year examination form

Dear sir,
Link to select optional subject 509 or 510 in deled 2nd year course was not shown when i submitted by 3rd year examination fee on 4oct 2018. Payment option is showing instead of #subject change options#

However some candidate is getting the option for subject change before submitting the fee.

This is very poor service of dled nios.ac.in.
I can't choose option as per my choice.
# link enabled for some enrollment and not showing for some enrollment no.
Kindly look into matter and do the needful at your earliest.
