Sir, My enrolment no, is [protected]. I have paid my second year admission fee of rs 6010/- on 09 jul 18 through inb payu payments private ltd in nios website, which was a unsuccessful transaction as per your site. The tx id was igadxybkb5. I have waited for a week for the refund and paid the same amount again on 16 jul 18, which was the last day for the fee, through inb i collect (Tx id-igadzbhui7). I have contacted my bank (Sbi) and confirmed the transaction two times. Please do the needful for refunding my hard earned money back. The Tx ID was IGADXYBKB5. I have waited for a week for the refund and paid the same amount again on 16 Jul 18, which was the last day for the fee, through INB i collect (Tx ID-IGADZBHUI7). I have contacted my bank (SBI) and confirmed the transaction of both the payment to NIOS. Please do the needful for refunding my hard earned money back. The Txn Reference numbers are [protected]IGADXYBKB5 and [protected]IGADZBHUI7 on 09 Jul 16 and 16 Jul 16 respectively. The transactions were made online. Please help me further. I have complained on 26 Jul and 27 Aug 2018 regarding the duplicate submission of fee Rs 6010/- . Second time fee was submitted after waiting for a week to update my status of first payment, which was not done by the NIOS. Complaints have been registered again after 10 days of second fee submission. Such type of an irresponsible institute is a burden to our nation.You are bothered only for collection of money; not the interest of students or their hard earned money. Do something!!!
