Dear sir, I m chandra mohan prasad i have filled an application form of dled on dated 22/09/2017. I was done my transaction by net banking but my form will show payment not done. Then i was wait 72 hours for updatation of payment done. But after 72 hours my application have notb upadate. So again i have re payment of my appliction form on dated 25-september-2017 14:03:08. So, please resolve my payment which is deducted on date 22/09/2017 of 4510. I have tried nios toll free no again & again but no response from there after that i have raised a complain in pnb. So please resolve my problem.
