Please help me, during the checking of my d. El. Ed documents i find my name, father name and mother name is wrong. Sir i do not know you advertise date of correction. And i donot check my all documents before. Sorry for it sir.
Kindly help me sir please correct my all name. Or please give me any instruction for correction of my all information.

Incorrect name - guddi mehta
Correct father's name - anil kumar mehta
Incorrect father's name - anil kumar mehta
Correct mother's name - rina devi
