On[protected] friday at 11.54 am, i have renewed the policy through online and the amount had also been deducted from my account but i have not got any message from the company or no receipt or certificate has been issued. Please clarify. Waiting for your reply.

4. Time of transaction – 11.54 am
5. Transaction id - not saved
6. Old policy number -[protected]

Please do the needful as i am very much worried about.
