I have renewed my old policy[protected] on March 26th. I didn't receive the policy document for almost a month. I have raised the issue with customer executive thrice but they keep on telling that I've to wait for some days. Not sure how many days u needed to send the policy doc to email.

On contacting the customer executive says that site is down if they couldn't resolve.
When i request for duplicate statement its says policy number should be 20 characters, I don't know whether u guys have counted the generated policy number before.
I have attached the transaction screenshot below. coz of you guys I couldn't ride take my bike outside.
