I am insured wide IBA health insurance by your company. My I CARD no M58264561CANBER employee of CANARA Bank. I had submitted reimbursement Mediclaim on[protected] To Raksha TPA AHMEDABAD OFFICE. but so far the claim is not processed for payment and give the reason that policy is expiring on 30-10-23. The service of this TPA is very lethargic and irresponsive. Please advise them to process the claim as early as possible....

When i clicked on RENEWAL the following error appears

My father sri ranjit kumar singh's vide claim no. Hh[protected] for renal treatment was rejected on ground of kidney transplanted on 2008, mistakenly stated by manipal hospital which they corrected later and accepted their mistake but still claim not settled. Till date my father has no such surgery except of avf which was required for dialysis.
