Respected Sir, This is to inform you that my policy no. is 170704/31/15/[protected] valid upto 8/4/2016, name - Sanjay Kr. Sinha.i have an insurance for my car Renault Duxter, car no Jh-05 AZ 0625.An accident occured on28/3/2016. It was the time of closing and I have to repair and leave soon as I was busy.Anyhow the car was repaired enough to be driven. As i had shortage of time I could not complain in patna. I have tried to lodge my claim at madhepura branch but the branch manager did not accept the claim saying he will accept only local claim and I should claim in Patna Branch .claim proceses should be clear in any branch of the company, my claim is not being lodged even. HiMy name is vinod gujral my residence is d167 tagore garden i already paid the amount 5 mnth back but i havnt received the papers or any reference card of mine
may be they guys stuck my money or these al are fake
