National Insurance Company — claim not credited to my account

My medical claim (Claim id 1707873) got approved from fhpl on december 11, 2017 and i was told that it takes maximum of 10 working days but i didn't get anything as of now. This is really very disappointing and bad services from national insurance company.
Please look into the matter and escalate this issue to higher level so that customers could be served better.
[Dec 28, 2017] National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
