I have Maruti Swift Car Reg.no. is UP32FP1122. Accident occurred on 09.04.2017. I had given vehicle at One Up show room, Transportnagar, Lucknow. Your surveyor Mr.Jyoti Prakash Srivastava Mob.No.[protected] inspected the vehicle and passed claim for front & back bumper but he did not pass claim for head lights which were also broken.

Kindly register my complaint and do the needful
