National Insurance Company — claim not settled | |||
I satish goel is holding mediclaim policy of national insurance along with 6 to 7 policy of my family members as we are in joint family.. We are holding policies from last decade. I have applied for medicalim for treatment of my wife renu goel in january 2018 and her treatment continued for one year. Few claims were settled by tpa i. E medi assist and i applied for reimbursement of calim timely basis keeping in view the guidelines of tpa and national insurance. Three claims submitted by me not yet processed and every time when asked useless revert recived from tpa. We have submitted or responded to all the queries raised and now tpa is not processing the claims and not providing valid reasons too. Every time the statement of tpa is different on questioning them. Since my wife passed away on 20th january 2019 and the particular three claims filed were before her death. I waited for almost one year then filing a complaint when no reaponse received from tpa and national insurance. Everytime i only asked for status and everytime new statement received and though which itself also satisfied. So now we want earliest possible solution to our problem.
