Sir/mam Its been more than a month i have claimed for a insurance of my home which have been damaged by a truck accident. Before 1 month a person came and served A damaged home and have said to wait for a week. But it's been more than month no documents i. E. Report have been send till day. I called the office manager of gangtok many times he says no report have been received from siliguri office. I am really dissatisfied with the work..
