Taken a policy for i phone on 29.10.2019 from xcellins and paid premium of 4236.75. I understand that they are your sub broker. Phone got damaged and claim lodged on 06.01.2020, but it has been disallowed because i could not prove that i was injured. Please check the genuinity of the claim and why it was disallowed I have not received the insurance policy also. Looks like a fraud company.
