Sir mere father name is subhash chand saini, mere father ne pmsby me s.b.i. acount se 12rs/ year ka insurenc karwaya tha aur mere father ek road accident me 03 june 2016 ko expire ho gye the, hamne insurenc ke liye apply bhi kiya but abhi tak kpi response nahi aaya hai, aaj cal kari thi to jawab aaya ki 2016 ke inurenc ka claim ka rupya ab nahi milega, plz help me.

My policy no[protected] from Bank of Baroda bhimpore Branch Daman policy expires 03/04/2018
Hence policy document not received till 20/4/2017 I apply Baroda health on 03/04/2017. After 17 days my policy documents not received.please do needful
