National Insurance Company — full reimbursement of claim not given, not satisfied

I had filed 3 claims from my policy since january and i had a big vasculitis ulcer on my left leg. I was admitted to kokilaben hospital thrice and after discharge i was advised by my doctor to use vac therapy untill my ulcer healed and later followed by skin grafting. National Insurance Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 02, 2018 Updated by rohanzr1 I had provided letters from my doctor stating that he has asked to continue VAC Therapy even after discharge and VAC Therapy dressing had to be changed every 5 days, but still i was not paid charges for the same and i did not receive any clarification also from the company. And the company has paid me VAC Therapy charges when admitted to hospital, but not after discharge.
