Against a mediclaim (Mediassist claim number[protected] rased on 1st feb 19 and approved on 5 feb 19, national insurance has not settled the payment. Continuous follow up with third party administrator mediassist only results in one information, payment settlement pending with national insurance.
There have been numerous follow up with mediassist and services by them are also pathetic. Escalation email to email addresses provided by them bounce back, escalation email address of national insurance as available on public website does not get a response. Hospital comments that there is a huge concern with settlement of claims by national insurance.
