My old policy of year[protected] expired on 30/7/2019. I renew it online on 30/7/2019. I got msg transaction has been successfully completed. But on 1/8/2019 i was refunded. I didn't know about that. But when i am going to renew policy for year 2020-21 i found that there is no previous year 2019-20 policy. Now what can i do for continue that policy?
