we are following with the insurance company since last 3month for the settlement of my reimbursement claim.
All the desire document has been submitted to tpa.
We request you to kindly look into the same and do the needful in condoning the delay as claim is running pending since very long time. We are continuing chasing with the tpa team but as per them the delay condone letter is still awaiting for the insurer.

Limited I have not received my claim amount as yet. Please note that I am continuing with med claim Policy with National Insurance Co. Limited since last more than 20 years.
