National Insurance Company — misbehaviour of national insurance staff | |||
I am jain dharmaraj from ayur, kollam, kerala. I run an yamaha two wheeler dealership in ayur. One of my customer named naseela beevi with vehicle number kl-24-l-3661 (Yamaha rayz) met with an accident, for registering claim customers son named anshad had gone to your kottarakkara branch and met one of the national insurance staff is shouting and telling bad-words unwantedly to anshad, the boy got afraid and returned to the showroom without registering the claim. The next day i have sent my wife for registering the same vehicles claim, that was ok their was no problem. They informed my wife that after completing the accidental work please come the bill and original license for settling the claim. When we give the bill to customer, they were afraid to go to national insurance, kottarakkara because of the older issue. So that i decided to submit the bill by myself. Today due to no time i asked my wife to submit the bill national insurance kottarakkara office. She arrived the national insurance office and met one mr. Chacko and submitted the documents. Unwantedly he shouted to her and told that if you want to get the claim settled you should bring all the documents one more time. Sir i had already given all the document at the time of registering the claim. This is such a nuisance from national insurance (Certain) staffs of kottarakkara branch. Several times so many customers had complained to about the miss behavior of national insurance company staffs.
