National Insurance Company — motor insurance claim issue | |||
My safari car insurance is with national insurance policy no. ([protected]), i have submitted the claim for rear bumper, for which insurance company not paid full amount of labour and paining, the total amount of bill was 12, 670/- out of which i service center asked me to pay 8, 630/- amount. Only 4, 040/- is the amount which insurance company paid for this claim. I'm not sure why i have to go for a claim if major part i have to pay only. Also the information at the first place provided me incorrect on the estimate and send i have not been intimated with the pre-inspection report. Even i was not aware what has been written into the report. As a customer i have right to know what is in my insurance policy, to know what is cover and not cover into policy. This is misleading the customer and selling the policy incorrectly without knowing your customer about the policy coverage. I want some strict and legal action on this on the behalf of all customers and for my claim amount reimbursement. Please help me in resolving my issue.
