My father got cataract and we had 8 yrs old mediclaim policy and this is tha second time we had a issue regarding payment last time also didnt get our medicines bill reimbursement. There is no contact number working to check approval or status all are showing not in use. This time they asked for last 4 years policy, i provide the same.
Than they asked for some vb64 payment certificate, i provide to them. Now we got a call that your approval is rejected. Why all gov department work like that we are suffeeing from last 15 days. That is the benifits received by 8year old customer. Sir if i calculate we submit around 80000 of our hard earned money to national insurance and got nothing.
