Hi sir,

On sep 21, i applied for renewal of my two wheeler policy through your online portal. The payment was deducted but due to some failure at your website end, the policy did not get renewed. I dropped a mail regarding this to ' portal. [protected]@nic.co.in' but no response. Please do the need full. Although i renewed my policy to pay again the same amount of rs. 1205.
