Hi team, I have taken a mediclaim policy from national insurance company under baroda health policy program and submitted premium of Rs 1790 and its from[protected] . But i haven't got the policy card still. I have renewed above mentioned policy through online basis on[protected] and the amount debited from my account for TECHPROCESS[protected]/NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED/thruNet Banking-ref.[protected]but till date I have not get the renewd policy document or any details
The policy is expiring on 10th Jan 2017. I am trying to renew this online for the past one week. But the web site says that this policy is not available on line for renewal. pl clarify
