Dear sir/mam My self is vivek jain and i am having a health insurance from national insurance company with tpa "park medi claim" My wife was pregnant and she was hospitalized on 02sep2017 and give birth the child against this i applied for claim to tpa on05/09/2017 of rs 40000 as per company instruction i completed all the doc within 02 days there is no doc pending from my side. And company Passed my claim of rs 39491 but still i have not received any amount it has been more than 05 month. Personal detail: Name - vivek jain Address - h.
