National Insurance Company — regarding insurance claim. | |||||
My previous insurance policy no.[protected] had NCB of 20% and my current insurance policy no[protected]e48 has NCB of 50%. The insurance company surveyed my vehicle(WB38AA2312) and estimated amount 14, 758/- to be charged for repairing and they will pay some amount as per NCB mentioned in my policy. But they denied to pay the same mentioning that I had misrepresented NCB value while renewing the policy online but the fact is that I have not done any thing like that.
