National Insurance Company — regarding my insurance claim

I amitesh kumar sharma have a bike insurance with your company. My bike was stolen on october 2018 and i made a claim to your munger branch 171001 and my policy no. Is[protected], bike registration no. Br01-cw-6491, engine no-ha10evgg05483, chasis no-mblha1dbsggdo5222. I have applied for claim after fir in the month of june 2019. Since last four month the officer of said branch assuring me that your claim will be settle in few days but i cannot get the claim amount. So i requesting you that kindly settle my claim as soon as possible other i will go for a legal opinion.
