Venous malformation surgery of my daughter khushi garg in gangaram hospital on 22/5/2017 after adopting a due process of law. Mediacare tpa has been informed well in time. All requisite documents were submitted by us according to their satisfaction as and when demanded by medicare tpa. Pursuance for this mediclaim was continued upto september with medicare tpa but they did not respond me properly,. At last on my asking they have only replied our doctor has declined ur claim but did not send any doctor report or any other information officially to me till date. All sequence was apprized parallelly to grievances cell as well as senior officials of nicl. At last we appealed in bima lokpal. Only one telephonic reply was got from bimalokpal that ur case has been registered but we are still unable for hearing as presiding officer is not on the seat. After this no rcommunication recd to us. Kindly fix hearing in this matterasap
