Dear sir
I'm the owner of baleno car (Up90s1666). I have purchased this car 8 month ago. And it has been injured or affected by an accident by which it damaged from its window side and also from its back.
We have submitted our car in panki work shop but as per the surveyer he is talking about the claim for only window side although its damaged from all side.
We have contacted a number of time with surveyer mr. Gosai but i dont know why he is not passing our best claim as actual.
Every time he is saying that i'm not satisfy. Even complaint letter was written by your staff guidance as per actuality.
It has been approx 10 days my car is standing at your panki work shop and still we are troubleling for our best claim.
We want only our actual claim not any thing else. We just want claim for window and back side only.
So pls its my request you to kindly contact with your staff member mr. Gosain for our best claim.
And as i know but why your surveyer have taken this matter on his ego.
Pls help.
