National Insurance — Not received insurance claim so far

I had an accidental Hyundai i10 which I got repaired from Dee Hyundai Allahabad service center.i was billed with rs.36, 906 which I have paid from my own pocket.I have a valid insurance with NIC but the claim settler Manoj Srivastava is turning a a deaf ear to my claim by delaying the process.Kindly take necessary action against them.I have attached a picture of the invoice .
