National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhar connected with closed a/c is stacked

Sir my Aadhaar no is[protected]. My Aadhaar is inactive due to which it is not linking to my bank account and showing the message as in below fig when I checked in UIDAI portal. I have already checked in bank they have already linked to my account. Due to this I am not getting Aicte stipend. Please make my Aadhaar active.

Pl note that my subsidy of Rs.214.64 of the Bharat gas is not deposited on 18/02/2018 due to di linked the Aadhaar card number to my H D F C Bank account But I approached to H D F C Bank and asked about my Aadhaar card no linked on my account or not ? Bank checked there record and written on my Bank account passbook that AADHAAR CARD NO IS LINKED Same Shown to our Bharat gas Distributor But our distributor told and shone on there computer that Your Aadhaar is di linked .Due to that reason til I have not got that above mentioned subsidy amount.
