Dispensed from atm grievance details name of the bank - jammu & kashmir bank ltd. Type of a/c-saving A/c no.-[protected] Branch-kukarnag complain no :- crm[protected], amount deducted :-5, 000/- date & time :-30/11/2018 (4:02 pm) atm machine id :- update later Problem details-consumer have saving a/c in jammu & kashmir bank ltd. On 30/11/2018 he went to state bank of india atm for withdraw money of rs. 5, 000/- amount debit from his a/c but dispensed from state bank of india atm power supply go on shutdown. Regarding this concern he grievance in customer care of jammu & kashmir bank they told me wait for 7 days but after 7 days they not provide the response so me send a written letter to the branch manager on 01/12/2018 they told him received a amount but me not received any amount.. So me again complent i can tell him see my cc tv fotage but he did not see till this date i am not recieved amont i contact sbi security office he give me excess cash found with denomination letter Was this information helpful? | |||||
