National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — amount debited from my account ant transaction failed

Dear Sir/Mam,
I Saswat Kumar Das stated that, on 30th November 2018 Evening i had try to transfer Money of Rs:8500/- to my another bank (Punjab National Bank To Standard Chartered Bank) through Google Pay but unfortunately transaction took failed and amount had debited from my Punjab National Bank Account after 05 days and 03 business day that amount is not reverse to my account.
