[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Amount has been deducted but amount not refund back into my account

Respected sir/ madam
I was doing my ticket though irctc rail connect app but amount deducted from my account and ticket not confirmed . I am requesting you to do something about refund in this matter . I am attaching transaction details . Date of transaction- 02/08/2021, transaction ID - T2108021803315828974824
