National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — amount not credited to beneficiary through bhim app | |||
I made a payment of rs.5900 towards sbi life insurance on 3rd november 2017. But the beneficiary wasn't credited and neither did i get a receipt. Requested for reversal, but there was no response. Your customer care numbers are not responsive and the bank simply refused to follow up just because the transaction was done using bhim!
