National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Complain about my failed transaction for which money debited but not received any refund till 30 days of waiting.

My transaction was failed on 9th sept 2020 while transacting through google pay upi. But the money debited from my account not credited back within the expected time. The money not even sent to the receiver account.After that I have requested google pay to resolve the issue but no resolution found till date.they don't even respond to my issue.
so be kind enough to resolve my issue and I want justice for this kind of harassing service provided by google pay.
