Respected sir/madam I m nitin babanrao murkute, maharashtra state govt employee having nps pran[protected] with tier 1 active account, Yesterday that is on 09/11/2020 i have processed for activation of my tier 2 account, a, all steps goes well and successful but the time of 1st payment the payment was not successful and the message shows like this — (Tier 2 activation request against this pran is pending for confirmation from payment gateway please try after sometime), after this i have tried so many times to complete the process but thee-nps system shows same message, please sort out this issue as soon as possible, because i want to invest in tier 2 nps account for this years tax benefit, thanking you. My Aadhar number is linked with npci portal and I got message from Bank but it is not showing on DBT portal
