[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — dbtl related->subsidy related->subsidy not received

I have not received my previous year and current financial year (2016-17, 2017-18) subsidy. They are both including total 5 subsidies not deposited in my account.

Please give me particular reason and take appropriate action.
My gas connection is iocl.
