National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — disconnection of lpg subsidies

Dear sir,
My aadhar card was linked with npci, also, we recived lpg subsidies first time on 06/12/2016 in our linked bank account. There after we have refilled fourteen lpg cylinder, and we were expecting subsidies are getting credited to our account.
Once we got updated our bank account passbook we realized there is not any lpg subsidies credited after first time. We checked with agency they asked to resubmit aadhar card because npci links has been unmapped and check with npci for missing subsidies.
Please verify the same and resolve this issue as son as possible.
