Dear sir, Please find mail sent to idfc bank, there is no responce from idfc abnk. Dear idfc bank merchant banking, This is to get into your notice, one of your merchant is doing illegally fraud transactions. Brief description about fraud: one of your remittance and micro atm csp has registered in other distirict and he is using micro atm and aeps transaction and collecting 20/- rs per every 1000/- withdraw (Which is free of service). And same wallet amount using for remittance transactions for a low price (Against bank t&c). Please find the attached transaction slip and charges board for your reference. As per rbi and npci guide lines customer use transfer amount up to 25, 000/- per month, but csp given advertisement he will transfer 2, 00, 000/- at a time. Against rbi guidelines. And find the below mentioned remittance transaction details.. I request you to take serious action on csp... Otherwise we will approach ombudsman and also will raise complaint in local police station. Transaction details: Thank you for registering with idfc first bank money transfer.
